After the mirror is shattered and the evil spirit released gruesome murders start to happen around anywhere were there is a piece of the mirror. With most of the mirror back at Lacey's family home some of her family become victims, and even with a priest at their house will they be able to survive the wrath of the Bogey Man now he is unleashed and looking for revenge…..
The Bogey Man is an excellent film sort of a cross between Halloween and the Exorcist with some great atmosphere generated by the excellent spooky music, there is also gore a plenty in the set piece murders that'll keep gore hungry fans well satisfied. This film happened to be the first film I watched on video as a kid and I loved it so much then I must have rented it a hundred times, and I would probably give it a higher score if I hadn't seen it so many times. There have been 2 more rather inferior sequels since this was made and there is another in production as I write this review.
