DREAMS, LUCIDE DREAMING, AND NIGHTMARES
Many people think that they do not dream . That is not the case. Everyone dreams. But some people are possible to remember their dream better than the other. Its proven that as you interest yourself more in
your dreams, your also able to remember them better.
If your wish is to remember your dreams better than you for example must when
you wake up at morning immediately write down your dream and the feelings you had with it.

WHAT EXACTLY ARE DREAMS?
Dreams bring a message to us and are our personal consultants. In fact they want to help you to live more according the life what you really want.
Dreams cannot be bound or limit by that what can be done or not in real life, or what may seem right or wrong .
Dreams reflect therefore a honest picture of yourself: your wishes, fears and all kinds of other feelings.

belong to rational thinking.
As a result, you can make contact with parts of yourself that by daytime
gets less space, such as your intuition , your creativity, or you spiritual side.
Working on dreams is a great way to learn about yourself.

WHAT ARE LUCIDE DREAMS?
Lucide or clear dreams are dreams in which the dreamer is aware of him/herself dreaming. The Dutch writer Frederik van Eeden has around the beginning of
this century written about it, the term Lucide dreaming is also coming from him. Some people have been interested especially in reaching lucide dreams, and to get themselves in the story they want to dream.
There are many examples about dreams that predict the future ,but very less well documented tales. However, it is certain that many people realise for the first time on the basis
of a dream, that they are sick. Those dark thoughts are for such information very sensitive. But that is no well example of knowing the future. In laboratory experiments it has been never proved that these dreams have any prognostic value.
FIRST OF ALL A DEFINITION OF NIGHTMARES
It are dreams which existence from living pictures, that brings large fear , from what the dreamer becomes awake off and to what he/she has detailed memory's off.
In the past they thought these dreams were motivated by the demons or bad spirits. " Freud" had the idea that nightmares become if the censor " the keeper of sleep "went out .
The censor was considered to take care of wishes not to come in, but sometimes the censor functions not well with the result another nightmare coming.
"Jung" considered the nightmare especially as a compensation for a too
large unconcern during daytime and the unconscious gives it the right balance back.
That emphasis on the compensatory character of your nightmares you can read about nowadays, but in some other form.
People thinks nowadays that its sinful to see the nightmare as a part of yourself that must be heard off.
This way the dreamer can stand open for the aspect of themselves that they haven't allowed to be aware of because of the threatening of it .
Such a confrontation can take place in the dream where you plan
yourself to dream a similar situation , and then you can ask the "dream " or monster or whatever is scaring you , what kind of intention he/she has with you .
It is possible also at daytime. By once examining what kind of aspect of yourself inspires your fear or by proposal you return to your nightmare and ask to the intention element of it.
However there stays the option that the nightmares are playing part for the role to deal with emotions , stress, or pain. The nightmare plays then possibly a similar role as telling the tale
of what you have to deal with and can give it some place in our lives . After course of time then the nightmares will get less or changes character.
While having Posttraumatic Stress dysfunction the patient keeps having the same nightmares and need help dealing with them .
Nightmares are very normal at children but also too many
adults. Generally they indicate on tensions, stress or traumatic events.
Some people have them much more often than other. Most of the nightmares can be understood just like ordinary dreams.
