When it's time for us to get ready for bed, we are always ready for a good night sleep into the dreaming world of interacting with people, places, and things. This is where the mental activities take place when we are dreaming. In our sleeping modes everyone dreams seven times a night. We do most of our dreaming during REM (Rapid Eye Movement), and this is the stage where the sleeper will remember the dream if woken up. The dreams you dream usually depend on your upbringing, your culture, and your understandings.

Everyone dreams, but sometimes we may not remember them, or not at all. Dreams work in stage structers of four starting with light sleep for a few minutes, and if the sleeper is not awaken they go into the next stage of sleep. Stage two of sleep is where the dream starts to plot into position, and if the sleeper is undisturbed they drift off to the third stage. In the third stage of sleep, the sleeper is in a heavier sleep and is very difficult to wake. This is the stage where it could bring the dream to a closer. In the fourth stage of sleep is the deepest sleep where the dreams occur. In this stage the sleeper is impossible to wake up, and it could take a few minutes for the sleeper to wake up from a sudden loud noise or being shakened awake. This is where the REM (rapid eye movement) starts to take place, and if the sleeper wakes up he/she will remember a recent dream

Dream symbols are the images that you find in your dream such as a Cemetery, being chased, Death, etc. These images of other people, animals, and objects may be representing you in the dream, and you could also see yourself look differently in some of the dream's as well. If you dream of climbing it may be a symbol of success, or if you dream of vampires it could mean something is draining your energy.
